Located in the new suburb of Johnston the development concept required the subdivision and rezoning of a residential land. The land was subject to a new Area Plan, forming the catalyst for resistance from business, City Council and some NTG departments.  Zest DCA was able to enact change to deliver to McDonalds Australia land for their new restaurant.
