The accessible community-focused development delivered 24 apartments including 8, liveable housing units under NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and 8, NRAS (National Rental Affordability Scheme). The NDIS dwellings were the first to be designed and constructed in the NT under the new guidelines.
