ZestDCA were engaged to provide the master planning and delivery of a 1-hectare site in the established suburb of Muirhead. The brief was to create a feasible development mix to include a Tavern and ancillary land uses. The final proposal included a Tavern, Child Care Centre and a Mixed Use Residential & Commercial Precinct.  We delivered this project on time and on budget and have since built out two of the precincts for the client.
